General Terms
£100 minimum order and £75 minimum re-order. Product returns are not accepted unless damaged or faulty. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be small imperfections or variations in colour. Minimum quantity for each item can be split across multiple colour options.

Shipping
Shipping costs are payable by the retailer.
Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed after we have received your order.

Payment
Please indicate on your order form your preferred method of payment. Payment is due within 30 days of your order being accepted by us. This date will be written on your invoice.
